Title of Position:PA Specialist

Department: TVCI/PA

1Main Responsibility

• Drive ECP Activation Material Development Centralized. Assist director report to develop the content for TVCI and key message of publication or ECPs digital.

• Check all ECPs communication content or story to align with China POA strategic product message , as well as keep message most updated and align with regional direction.

• Promote ECP Knowledge in ACUVUE Product Superiority and Differentiation, through ACUVUE related product or CL category training- adopts, modify Professional education to suit ECP needs.

• Provide technical support to JJVC Sales and Marketing team, and new hires with clinical and ACUVUE product knowledge in daily work.

• Work closely with Marketing and Sales team for designing of product procedures, sales aids and appropriate training content.

PURPOSE

• Understand ECP insights and help to develop Professional Education training strategy and training material for ECP engagement skill enhancement and change in their fitting behaviour

• Integrate Professional and TVCI training material to align with country business initiatives(KA partnership, ECP Activation, new product launches)

• Responsible for ensuring that professional education strategy and material / messaging are align and reflect JJVC Vision and Story

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal:

• China professional team and cross functions including Sales, Marketing, regulatory , Finances, Supply Chain, Customer Service Centre, HCC

• Regional and Global Professional Affairs Group

• R&D and Medical Affairs

External:

• ECPs, Business Owners, Store Manager, Front-liners

• KOLS, Professional bodies(including schools) and Associations

2Background Required

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Optometry/Ophthalmology.
 

• Experience in professional program development and drive the program for execution.

• Experience working with health authorities in eye care area.

• Good communication , leadership & negotiate skills.

• Good English communication skill.

• Can do sprit , high energy , flexible & adaptable

• Strong ownership and compliance mindset.

• Good knowledge of Optical/ Contact Lens Industry, Optician, Optometry and Ophthalmology profession.

• Creative and enduring solutions to day-to-day business problems are encouraged and plus.
